HOW TO BOOK

+Make sure you have made a Mindbody account with us.
+Head to our Instagram account @lyfecyclefit
+Make sure you’re following us!
+Send us a direct message with your full name, email address, and which class you’d like to sign up for.
+Maximum of 3 classes per person.

*Be kind to your instructors and fellow students and be accountable! Please note our cancellation policy requires at least 4 hours advanced cancellation- if you late cancel or no show for these free classes, you will be charged $8!

5am LYFT with Erica

Wednesday:
6am RYDE with Danielle
7am RYDE with Danielle

Thursday:
5am LYFT with Erica
6am RYDE + CORE with Jocelyn

Friday:
6am RYDE with Melissa
7am LYFT with Caitlin K.
