HOW DO I BUY AND BOOK?
All of our booking and purchases are performed by you online through our website. Head to our PRICING for our pricing options and SCHEDULE to sign up. If you are having trouble, head to our complete booking site HERE.

Our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced fitness junkies.
WHAT TO WEAR
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes, but avoid loose pants. You can bring your own SPD cycling shoes, borrow ours for free or wear your own athletic shoes if you prefer. LYFT is a bootcamp off of the bike, so you'll need your own athletic shoes- no exceptions!
BE ON TIME!
The door to the studio will be locked at the time class is scheduled to begin, therefore late students will not be admitted into class. No exceptions. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so your RYDE instructor can help you set up on the bike, and your LYFT instructor can answer questions.
In the event that a class has no more open spots, you will be placed on the waitlist. Once you add yourself to it, you will be notified via email in the event that a spot opens and you are admitted to the class, but you must be signed up for notifications from Mindbody. When in doubt, just come by for a stand-by and you'll most often get into class!
If you cancel less than 4 hours prior to class starting, you are a late- cancel. Students with class packages will lose the class and members will be charged $8 if a class had a waitlist. We don't want excuses, there are no class make-ups, and really, there are no exceptions.
Our bikes can be ridden with regular sneakers or SPD cycling shoes. For the best quality workout however, we recommend wearing cycling shoes. All RYDERS have access to free cycling shoe rental in the studio.
We have fresh towels available for every bike and every ride. As a refreshing post-workout treat, we even have chilled lavender towels to cool you down!
Stay hydrated before, during and after your workout! We have a water bubbler in the studio to fill up your water bottle, as well as water bottles for purchase in case you forget yours!
Yes, you read that right. Free parking! Free street parking is available on both sides of Washington Street and Lee Hill Road. Please remember to be aware of street cleaning times and abide by the resident parking rules.
