GENERAL STUDIO INFO

SHOES, TOWELS, WATER.
We offer free cycling shoe rentals for all RYDERS based on availability. Our bikes have the option to use athletic shoes or our pedals are compatible with SPD cycling shoes. We have towels available for every bike and have chilled lavender towels for after your RYDE. We have a water bubbler to fill your water bottle with cold water and water bottles for purchase in case you forget!

FIRST TIME?
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early so an instructor can help you get set up on the bike and with shoes. A brand new RYDER arriving one minute before class begins will make class begin late, so please be respectful and arrive early. We can also help you modify your bike set up for certain scenarios such as pregnancy, injury, or discomfort.

ARRIVE EARLY.
Please arrive early to class- we expect our RYDERS to be clipped in and ready to go by the time class is scheduled to begin. The entrance will be locked at the time class is scheduled to begin and there are no exceptions and late arrivals will be counted as a late- cancel. If it is your first class, arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure proper bike set up and help clipping in so you are ready when class is scheduled to begin.

CANCELATION POLICY & SIGN UP.
New as of April 3rd 2017, our studio has a 4- hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make it to class please understand we require at least 4- hours advanced notice. Late cancellation on a package or single class will result in forfeit of that class. Late cancellation on a membership will result in an $8 fee for each cancellation and a no- show will result in a $12 fee. We understand schedules change, but anytime a RYDER cancels or no- shows it prevents another willing individual from getting in a workout. Please be respectful of our instructors, our studio, and your fellow RYDERS by cancelling in advance of the cancellation window.

SCHEDULE RELEASE & SIGN UP.
New as of April 3rd, our studio has an updated schedule release of a rolling 8- day advanced release. This is to allow advanced booking and planning but to keep your reservations realistic and to allow all RYDERS a more equal opportunity to RYDE with us. In order to manage our waitlists better, sign ups within four hours of class must email us regarding bike availability or stand-by in studio. You will no longer be able to sign up for a class if it is within four hours of class. We kindly request that out of respect for other RYDERS you only book the classes you know you will be attending.

WAITLISTS.
If a class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. If the waitlist is full, email us with the date/time of the class you would like to enroll in. Our waitlists transition up to 10 people over the course of the week so always put your name on the list. Students will automatically be added from the waitlist into class up to four hours before class is scheduled to begin and will receive an automatic email from Mindbody if subscribed to notifications. Added students before the four hour window are subject to late cancel and no show fees, so if you no longer intend to come to class, make sure to cancel. Within the four hour window, Waitlisted students are asked to confirm and we request you respect other RYDERS and be honest with your bookings and confirm your attendance.

LYFT SHOE REQUIREMENTS.
LYFT is a bootcamp primarily off of the bikes so you must attend with athletic shoes. We cannot accommodate bare feet or cycling shoes.

  • Water Bottle
  • SPD Cycling Shoes or Athletic Shoes
  • Socks if you plan to rent shoes
  • Avoid loose pants
