HIIT LYFT: 30 minutes of interval based full body strength and cardio exercise. You’ll do 45 second and 30 second intervals with kettlebells and bands followed by 5-8 minutes of a final AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). This class is entirely off of the bike and you need sneakers.

RYDE + LYFT: Similar to RYDE + CORE, you’ll do our beat based RYDE class followed by kettlebell and band intervals with a final AMRAP of 5-8 minutes! You’ll need athletic shoes in addition to your spin shoes for this class.
