LYFT is LYFE CYCLE's newest class designed to complement your RYDE workout. With few boutique fitness options in the Roslindale, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury area we have developed a new class so you can accomplish all of your fitness goals in the same place! LYFT is a 60- minute circuit style bootcamp class that incorporates both challenging strength training exercise circuits and interval style training. Our workout will get your muscles pumping and your heart racing and strengthen your entire body. In class we'll incorporate weights, kettlebells, VIPRs, Bosu, TRX, and many other fitness tools.
Our class size has a 1:6 instructor to student ratio to make sure each student gets the individualized attention and workout they need. Our instructors can modify our workout for those with less physical conditioning while also challenging the highly trained athlete. No need to worry if you have an injury or special case like pregnancy or just getting back after baby. All you need is water and athletic shoes and we've got you covered!
