THINGS TO KNOW

CLASS TYPES

RYDE is our signature spinning class. LYFT is our bootcamp class that takes place completely off of the bike and uses weight equipment like the TRX, kettlebells, barbells, etc. RYDE+Core is part RYDE and part core exercises on a mat!

BE ON TIME! (WHICH MEANS COME EARLY)

Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so your RYDE instructor can help you set up and answer questions. The door to the studio will be locked at the time class is scheduled to begin. Late arrivals are not permitted into class- no exceptions!

WHAT TO WEAR ON YOUR FEET

We rent cycling shoes for free but you can bring your own SPD cycling shoes for RYDE. LYFT is a bootcamp off of the bike, so you'll need your own (clean) athletic shoes- no exceptions! Please be respectful and don’t wear dirty, muddy, wet, or salty shoes into our studio :)

COME AS YOU ARE

Our classes are for all fitness levels! Whether you spent the last five years eating cupcakes on the couch or you just did an Ironman, join us! Our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced fitness junkies.

THE WAITLIST

Always add yourself to the waitlist, they really do move! To check your spot on the waitlist or in class, log into your account. Waitlisted or not, you are always welcome to come to class anyway and let the instructor know you would like to standby for an open bike. If you no longer plan to attend class, REMOVE yourself from the waitlist or you may lose a class or be subject to a cancellation fee!

GOTTA CANCEL?

LYFE CYCLE has a 4 hour cancellation policy that applies to everybody. Students with class packages will lose the class and members may be charged $8. We don't want your excuses, there are no class make-ups, and really, there are no exceptions.
