Please read the below LYFE CYCLE studio policies.

  • Door Policy: Students are expected to be clipped in and ready to go by the time class is scheduled to begin. We lock the door promptly at the time class is scheduled to begin. Late students will be considered no-shows and will be charged accordingly. 

  • New RYDER Orientation: Arrive at LEAST 10-15 minutes early. New students who arrive less than ten minutes in advance may not get a proper orientation. Our instructors will do their best to get you ready to go, but if you give us five minutes, you aren't allowing us enough time to do our job! 

  • Personal Belongings: Personal belongings are encouraged to be stored in the check in area of the studio. Please do not bring your phone into the studio. Front door is locked while class is in session.

  • Schedule: Our schedule opens eight days in advance. We reserve the right to modify our schedule at any time, for any reason and without warning.

  • Shoes: Our bikes are designed to be used with athletic shoes or SPD cycling shoes. Please avoid wearing wet/muddy shoes into the cycling studio. LYFT classes require your own athletic shoes. No bare feet or cycling shoes are allowed in LYFT classes, no exceptions. 

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid charges. Any student that cancels within four hours of class or doesn't show up will be charged. Package holders and single classes will be forfeited. Members will be charged $8 if a class had a waitlist.

  • Waitlist Policy: Students can add themselves onto the waitlist and are automatically added to classes when space becomes available. Notifications are sent via Mindbody if subscribed to notifications or students can check their account online. Waitlisted students added from the Waitlist are subject to late cancel policies.

  • Enrollment Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollment. Students will be notified by email and you will not be charged.

  • Expiration/Extension Policy: Extensions are never granted. If a package expires with unused sessions you can request by email the balance be placed on your account for future purchases. This is not automatic and purchase is subject to current pricing and promotions.

  • Refund/Purchase Policy: All purchases are final sale and are non-refundable. We never issue refunds.

  • Membership Policies: Please read your membership terms before purchasing a membership. Memberships require at least two paid months before cancel, and written notice by email to cancel must be at least 14-days in advance of the next payment- no exceptions. Not knowing the policies is not an excuse- you have to agree to the policies before purchasing a membership, so read up buttercup!
