Erica Soma: Owner, RYDE & LYFT Instructor
In Erica's RYDE you'll find a moderate amount of choreography, a physically challenging workout with plenty of level ten hills and sprints, and her unique mix of beats that include top 40's but often showcase new music. Her RYDE is to the beat of the music and the choreography is great for those beginning indoor cycling while also providing a physical challenge for those more advanced RYDERS. She usually includes 1- 2 songs with upper body work so you'll definitely leave getting a full body workout. Erica's main goal in her workouts is to make you sweat, and sweat hard, while also having fun and learning technique along the way!

Caitlin Kerrigan: RYDE Instructor
Caitlin became an indoor cycling instructor May 2015 and since has been dedicated to motivating and pushing RYDERS reach new limits! She herself is constantly motivated by RYDERS and loves seeing them each class. Caitlin is absolutely addicted to EDM and Pop, so her RYDES are always full of new beats, remixes of pop songs, and always some throwbacks! Anyone that has taken her RYDE knows she enjoy's singing along to the music with choreography that taps, crunches, jumps and sprints. Her RYDE is fun yet challenging and always has some choreography happening that can be intermediate to advanced. Expect a fun upbeat class with a great motivator (even at 6am), lots of choreography, and at least one song of upper body arm weights in your workout.

Kim Young: RYDE Instructor
While Kim spends her days teaching high school World History, her evening cycling classes are beat driven with frequently changing sets of choreography, always designed with the intention of giving you the best workout possible. She enjoys creating a class environment where RYDERS feel like they are a part of a team, regardless of their level of experience. Expect to hear mostly Top 40's hits with some occasional throwbacks; all songs have such a great bass beat, you can't help but "drop that crunch."
Jocelyn Bergeron: roadRYDE & LYFT Instructor
If you love indoor cycling and taking your RYDE outside, Jocelyn is your girl! Jocelyn mixes in some choreography while keeping a focus on flat roads, intervals, and climbing hills. Her class is a great mix to keep things interesting on the bike, but most importantly you'll be getting your booty kicked. Her class is friendly to all RYDER levels. Jocelyn brings the road to you, with endurance hills and high intensity intervals to keep class interesting and you're sure to get a great workout! Her music tends to be top 40's and beat driven but she uses a variety of music- you might even find yourself climbing to some banjos!
