Cancellation/Hold Policies:

  • Must have completed a minimum of two months of membership prior to cancel.

  • Cancellation request must be received 14 days in advance of next payment. If there is less than 14 days before your next payment, cancellation will be processed the following month. No exceptions!

  • Hold requests require 7 days advanced notice. Minimum of two holds per calendar year. Holds are for one billing cycle, after which your membership will automatically renew on the same schedule.

  • If you are canceling or holding due to pregnancy or a medically documented exception, please let us know for special considerations.
