NEW STUDENT PRICING/QUESTIONS

FOOTWEAR

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes, but avoid loose pants. You can bring your own SPD cycling shoes, borrow ours for free or wear your own athletic shoes if you prefer. LYFT is a bootcamp off of the bike, so you'll need your own athletic shoes- no exceptions! RYDE + LYFT will use your recommended cycling shoes and you MUST bring athletic shoes as well! Please don’t wear dirty, muddy, wet, or salty shoes inside the studio!

BE ON TIME!

The door to the studio will be locked at the time class is scheduled to begin, therefore late students will not be admitted into class. No exceptions. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so your RYDE instructor can help you set up on the bike, and your LYFT instructor can answer questions.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you cancel less than 4 hours prior to class starting, you are a late- cancel. Students with class packages will lose the class and members will be charged $8. No excuses, no class make-ups, and really, there are no exceptions.

WAITLIST

Once you add yourself to it, you will be notified via email in the event that a spot opens and you are admitted to the class, but you must be signed up for notifications from Mindbody. When in doubt, just come by for a stand-by and you'll most often get into class! If you no longer plan to attend class, CANCEL yourself or you may be charged!

CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP?

Our memberships require at least 14 days advanced notice to cancel and at least 7 days advanced notice to hold for one month (minimum of two hold requests per calendar year). Requests must be made through our online form, and will automatically be processed according to our policies. We cannot make exceptions to these policies, as they are listed throughout our website and agreed to upon your purchase of membership. CANCEL OR HOLD MEMBERSHIP HERE.

HOW TO USE AN ACCOUNT CREDIT

To use an account credit, you’ll need to log into our complete booking site here. When you check out you’ll see the option to use your account credit.

HOW TO SIGN UP A FRIEND

Want to share your package with a friend? Head to our complete booking site here. Book the class for your friend FIRST by selecting the class, and select book “For someone else” and input their information. THEN book yourself!

Our studio has two large size individual bathrooms for changing and some students utilize our chilled lavender towels to freshen up post class!
