Purchase Policy: Zero exceptions! All purchases are final sale/non-refundable. We do not make extensions to packages. Account credits can be granted for unused sessions on full price 4 and 8 class packages only and can only be used once (i.e. once you have applied an expired purchase credit to a new package it must be used). Account credits are requested via email. Third party and LYFE CYCLE discounted packages purchased after 10/1 will no longer be granted account credit.
Zenrez Purchase Policy: All purchases made through the Zenrez daily offers and promotions are final sale, non-refundable, and use- it or lose it.
Membership Policies: Must pay membership fees for 2 months before cancel. Requests to cancel must occur greater than 14-days before the next payment- no exceptions. Holds must be requested at least 7 days in advance of payment. Not knowing the policies is not an excuse- you have to agree to the policies before purchasing a membership, so read up buttercup! Door Policy: We lock the door promptly at the time class is scheduled to begin. Late arrivals are no- shows, will not be admitted to class and will be charged accordingly. Students are expected to be clipped in and warmed up by the time class is scheduled to begin.
New RYDER Orientation: Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to get oriented by your instructor.
Phones & Personal Belongings: Personal belongings must be stored in the check- in area of the studio. Phone usage is not permitted during class unless pre-approved by your instructor.
Shoes: Our bikes are designed to be used with SPD cycling shoes. No wet shoes are allowed into the studio. LYFT classes require your own DRY athletic shoes. No bare feet or cycling shoes are allowed in LYFT classes, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid charges. Any student that cancels within four hours of class or doesn't show up will be charged. Package holders and single classes will be forfeited. Members will be charged $8 for any RYDE that has 10 or more students signed up or LYFT with six or more students signed up. See waitlist policy
Schedule: We reserve the right to modify our schedule at any time, for any reason and without warning.
Enrollment Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollment. Students will be notified by email and you will not be charged.
Waitlist Policy: Students can add themselves onto the waitlist and are automatically added to classes when space becomes available until 2 hours before class. Students are encouraged to check account status online to determine getting off the waitlist and into class. Waitlisted students are subject to the same cancellation window (4 hours) so must remove themselves from class/waitlist if they do not wish to attend. Waitlisted students are encouraged to attend class for standby.
